Product Introduction

       The NDZWF series medium-frequency generator set is powered by 50Hz, 380V supply, driven by a industrial-frequency squirrel-cage motor that operates a coaxial medium-frequency generator, providing three-phase AC power output of 100Hz, 125Hz, 150Hz, or 200Hz with voltages ranging from 100V to 800V. It is primarily used as an airport power source, power supply for medium-frequency induction heaters, transformer test power supply, high-frequency vibrating poker power supply, among others. It can also serve as a medium-frequency power source in various other industries. The unit's voltage can be either constant or adjustable according to user requirements, and voltage levels can be customized based on user specifications.

Product Features

☆、Equipped with a dedicated control cabinet that only allows the medium-frequency power supply to start when the voltage regulator is at zero position, ensuring low-potential output from the medium-frequency power source.
☆、After the motor completes Y-Δ starting, the medium-frequency indicator lights up, enabling the medium-frequency power supply to start, ensuring full-voltage motor starting.
☆、The motor features thermal relay protection; when the motor overheats, the main circuit is cut off, and the voltage regulator automatically returns to zero position.
☆、In case of overload in excitation power current or medium-frequency output power, the overcurrent relay activates, cutting off the main circuit and automatically returning the voltage regulator to zero position.
☆、Excitation method: DC excitation regulation.
